We offer a wide range of travel vaccinations. If you need vaccinations for travel or work safety reasons, we can help. Our travel vaccination pharmacists will guide you through a consultation to determine your vaccination needs and requirements. Vaccination is important to protect yourself and your loved ones. Also, for your travel insurance to be valid, you need to have done the recommended vaccinations. Some vaccinations have multiple doses so it`s important that you plan to have your vaccination in advance of your departure date, usually 6-8 weeks prior. Our pharmacists have received specific training in providing travel vaccinations services. The service will be provided in a private consultation room where you can ask any questions you might have during the consultation. It is important to bring your vaccination history with you so the pharmacist can determine which vaccinations are needed. We also stock a wide range of travel essentials, including mosquito repellent, flight socks, anti-diarrhea and hydration therapy.

Blood pressure monitoring is crucial for maintaining good health. Blood pressure is the force exerted by your blood against the walls of your blood vessels. It’s essential for maintaining overall health
Blood pressure monitoring is a crucial aspect of maintaining overall health. Here’s how it works:
-
Routine Blood Pressure Tests:
- A blood pressure test is a standard part of most health care checkups. It helps assess your cardiovascular health and detect any abnormalities.
- How often you should get your blood pressure checked depends on factors like your age and overall health.
- People with chronic health conditions (such as high or low blood pressure or heart disease) may need more frequent blood pressure tests.
- Automated home blood pressure monitors are also available for convenient self-monitoring.
-
How to Take Blood Pressure Measurements:
- Blood pressure measurement is quick and noninvasive.
- You can do it at home using a home blood pressure monitor or have a healthcare provider perform the test.
- High blood pressure often has no symptoms until it becomes severe, so regular monitoring is essential
Remember, monitoring your blood pressure helps you stay informed about your cardiovascular health and empowers you to take necessary steps for prevention and management.
